DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"IMG_1199\"<\/a>The FULL YEAR consists of a weekly class over 9 months, whose purpose is to research, train and create within the frame of physical theatre. We will focus on the investigation (physical, vocal, emotional) both of theatre characters and of devised material and we will montage the creations of the participants into a final presentation \/ performance.<\/p>\n

The RESEARCH\u00a0<\/i>focuses on the actor\u2019s preparation (physical, vocal, emotional) and it creates the frame to explore\u00a0different ways of using the physical and vocal instrument of the actor in order to discover, elaborate and transmit the emotional state of the theatre character.<\/p>\n

The TRAINING aims to help the actor break his automatisms and reach a stage expression beyond his physical habits and clich\u00e9s.\u00a0The actor will work not towards a body that moves, but towards a body free of personal blockings and transparent enough to communicate a story, through movement or stillness.<\/p>\n

The CREATION work\u00a0aspires to provide the actor with the necessary tools to explore his body and voice potentials, in order to create and support a theatre character on stage or film.<\/p>\n

We will research on characters and texts of Shakespeare, Ionesco and Lorca.<\/p>\n

The working language is\u00a0English,\u00a0<\/b>but the material created by the participants and presented in the final performance can be of different languages.<\/p>\n

L A B is directed to\u00a0theatre students, actors and performers.\u00a0<\/b>Requirements: \u00a0a good physical condition, passion for acting and interest for theatre research.<\/p>\n
